Yamaha Underbone Bikes

Yamaha Bikes

Yamaha Company was originated in Japan in the year of 1955. At first, they are only manufacturing marine motors such as outboard motors for small boats. As part of innovation strategy, they managed to developed other motor engines for Yamaha bikes, and the 125cc motor engine was born. The YA-1 is a 125cc two-stroke engine is the first motorcycle ever developed by Yamaha, headed by Genichi Kawakami. In the year 1957, the YA-2 was introduced in Japan as the 125cc two stroked race engine. No wonder why Yamaha is the best brand in the motorcycle engine development and manufacturing. Durability, best performance, and speed are the main ingredient of Yamaha Motors. Why choose Yamaha over those other bike brands? I think that’s for you to find out. Just remember this, Yamaha Motors are the best in race engine and in fact, they just won all the big events in underbone racing categories with their manufactured Yamaha bikes.

     Yamaha bikes Crypton Z

It was a tremendous changed in motorcycle event when Yamaha Motors released their very own underbone bikes. Yamaha Crypton R 105cc and Yamaha Crypton Z  110cc underbone bikes are first seen last February 2, 2004. Yes, it was 13 years ago, but if you track down all the race events happened in the past 13 years you will find that this Crypton Z is the real deal in underbone racing world. What is the secret of its engine performance? That is very difficult to answer if you don’t own one of this kind. But I can respond to this honestly, at first, this underbone bike is not even attracted me with its beautiful design, I don’t know why. I decided to buy one, only to prove to myself that it can run 120km/hr as indicated on the internet. I was amazed by the result that this bike with 110.3cc displacement can run 120km/hr on its stock engine!. I can’t even figure this out how was that possible for an underbone bike with less displacement and can run higher than its specified engine power.

Yamaha bikes X1 By the year of 2006, the upgraded and much powerful underbone bike was presented by Yamaha Motors and named it as X-1 in the Philippines. This underbone model was recognized as the best underbone race bike in Asia. This Yamaha X1 was built to compete with Honda wave 125 and Suzuki Smash.  This bike model is the best bike I had ever owned for the last six years. It’s speed and performance is superb and can satisfy you as its owner if you love speed. Its design is also undoubtedly the most eye captivating underbone bike ever released of its year. For additional information, Yamaha X1 and Yamaha Crypton Z have the same Engine.

The Yamaha Sniper 135 was the first sports underbone bike of 2005 era. At first glance with this model, I fell in love with its design; it’s like a smaller superbike that was built for city commuters. I think this Yamaha bike model is the most adjustable in terms of engine modification, that’s because of the availability of its aftermarket racing parts. You can even modify its engine up to 230cc if you have enough budget to do so. I think 150cc modification is sufficient for city driving purposes, but if you are planning to race it, then, you can choose the best racing parts here if you are serious in an engine modification of your Yamaha t135 Sniper. Yamaha bikes Sniper T135Yamaha X1r

Yamaha Sniper and Yamaha X1R shared the same engine. The difference between these two sports underbone bike is only the outer design. But, if you have T135 Sniper bike, you can still convert it to look as Yamaha X1R. There are many Motorcycle Shops that are selling different spare parts of Yamaha X1R, the only problem about this customization is simply your money that you will use with this project.

Yamaha Automatic Bikes

Yamaha bikes Mio Soul

There are many Yamaha automatic bikes that are already released in Asia and making history in sales until now. Automatic bikes are very popular because they are easier to drive and very comfortable to ride specially for city driving or long rides. Many girls are using this type of motorcycle because just like what I’ve said they are easier to drive and control. Yamaha Nouvo is the first of its kind, followed by Yamaha Mio Ego in 2003 then the rest is history. From Nouvo,  Ego, Sporty, Soul, Mx, Fino,  all of these models have shared the same engine! wow! Yamaha is really tricky and intelligent about this matter indeed!. They have all the same engine that’s why all of these models have huge aftermarket racing parts for your engine modification needs.  No wonder why Yamaha scooters are still the number one in sales and production in Asia. You can simply customize your scooter bike easily and upgrade your Mio’s engine to higher displacement without any problems in finding aftermarket parts for it. I think this is the main advantage of producing a differently designed Scooter bike but the same engine specification.

Yamaha Motors already released their brand new 155cc scooter underbone bike only this month of March,2017. We will be posting this newest Yamaha scooter this week. I hope you enjoy reading our blog post about Yamaha Underbone Bikes. Thank you and have a great day ahead..
